Your capacity has outgrown the way you are currently executing.
LevelUp installs the four frameworks of Freedom OS: control over reaction, clarity of direction, consistency in execution, compounding through attention.
Four frameworks. Sixteen disciplines. Next Level You.
Freedom is created by discipline installed through structure.
Mental Resilience
Lead Your Mind From Chaos To Control.
A tree survives the storm not by resisting it, but by how deep its roots reach into the ground. The deeper your own roots go, the less any storm can move you.
Vision Clarification
Create The Life You Were Meant To Live.
A GPS doesn't get thrown off by a wrong turn, because it always knows exactly where it's headed. That same clarity is what keeps you from losing years wandering without direction.
Habit Consistency
Build Systems That Make Your Progress Inevitable.
A flywheel barely moves with the first push, but every push after that adds momentum that never fully fades. Keep pushing long enough, and it starts carrying you instead of the other way around.
Time Mastery
Reclaim Your Attention. Compound Your Future.
An airport tower doesn't leave anything to chance, it plans every second so hundreds of flights move without colliding. That same planning is what makes every hour compound instead of leak away.
Stop running a growing business on yesterday's operating system.
LevelUp gives you a practical system to take control of your days, get clear on what matters, follow through when motivation drops, and turn steady progress into a life you actually want to live.
Eight steps. One system to unlock your next level.
Read the path one decision at a time. Use the arrows or your keyboard to move through it.
You built the apps. Freedom OS™ is missing.
Think about your phone. Calendar, email, and messages: everything you use runs on the surface. Underneath all of it is an operating system. Silent. Invisible. Without it, nothing runs properly, no matter how good the apps are. Most founders spend everything building the apps: the business, the team, the revenue, and the systems around them. The operating system underneath, including how you respond under pressure, where you're actually going, what you do when motivation is gone, and who owns your hours, was never installed. So when pressure hits, the whole thing slows down. Crashes. Reboots. Not because the apps are broken. Because the foundation was never built.
The business is strong. Freedom OS™ is missing.
Sound familiar?
The day fills itself before you get the chance to fill it. Messages, meetings, requests, and problems arrive with the same urgency, all demanding the same attention. You handle them because that's what you do. But hours pass, and somewhere in the middle of being needed by everyone, you lose the day that was supposed to be yours. You hit the goal, the number or milestone, and instead of feeling it, you're already moving to the next thing without fully knowing why. You've read the books. You can explain leverage, systems, and habit formation to someone else. The gap was never knowledge.
You are not uninformed. You are under-structured.
“I'm working all day but I still feel behind.”
“I hit the number, and I don't feel it.”
“I know exactly what to do. I just don't do it consistently.”
“I'm building the business, but I don't want to lose my life doing it.”
Another twelve months of this compounds in four directions.
The cost is not one dramatic event. It is the slow loss created by reactive decisions, unprotected time, and effort that does not compound.
Effort was never the problem. Structure is what's missing, and structure can be installed.
Financial
Lost growth and missed opportunities. Not as one dramatic event, but as the slow, invisible cost of reactive decisions, inconsistent execution, and misaligned priorities, year after year.
Life
The business you built to create freedom gradually becomes the thing that owns you. Not suddenly. Gradually.
Emotional
The exhaustion of effort that doesn't compound. Knowing you're capable of more, and consistently falling short of it.
Identity
Years of operating below your true capability, followed by the quiet resignation that maybe this is just how it is.
What changes when the OS is installed
Not a better routine. A different founder, one whose identity, emotions, habits, and time finally work as one architecture instead of fighting each other.
Predictable performance in an unpredictable world. That's Freedom OS.
- You lead your day instead of surviving it.
- You hit a goal and actually feel it.
- You're present at the dinner table because your mind isn't still at the office.
- You end the week having moved the most important things forward instead of handling everything except what mattered.
- Your business grows without costing you your health, your family, or your peace of mind.
- Your results finally match your potential.
- You stay grounded enough to make clear decisions when pressure and uncertainty rise.
- You have a direction strong enough to guide what you pursue, what you refuse, and who you become.
- Progress becomes a repeatable pattern instead of another cycle of starting over.
- Five to ten hours return to your week because your calendar is built around what compounds.
- You can recalibrate your systems as life changes without losing momentum.
Sixteen weeks. Four systems. One order.
The installation moves through four systems in order. Each phase turns a principle into a decision, a habit, and a calendar you can use.
Control · Decode · Reclaim · Direct
You stop reacting to circumstances and learn to lead your internal state under pressure.
Define · Align · Become · Design
You stop drifting and start building toward a future you designed: a ten-year direction, a five-year architecture, and one-year execution.
Cue · Integrate · Reinforce · Calibrate
You build systems where progress becomes inevitable, whether or not motivation shows up.
Prioritize · Structure · Protect · Optimize
You reclaim five to ten hours a week and take back control of your calendar.
Every discipline follows the same method. The objective is not information. It is installation.
The fit
This is for you if
- You're running a real company with real stakes, and your results haven't caught up with your capability.
- You recognize that you are the bottleneck, and you're willing to fundamentally change how you operate.
- You'll do the work before the call, not just on it.
- You value composure over hustle, and systems over willpower.
This is not for you if
- You're looking for business tactics, marketing hacks, or a shortcut.
- You want a hype-man or a cheerleader.
- You aren't willing to protect your time, including the time this takes.
- You'd rather collect more information than install what you already know.

Install
Week one begins. Sixteen weeks later, you'll know who you are and where you're going, and you'll enjoy the way there.
Questions before you apply.
Freedom OS is a 16-week mentorship that installs an internal operating system — mental resilience, vision clarity, habit consistency, and time mastery — so a founder's actions finally align with the life they're building, not just their to-do list.
Is this the same as a business coach or a productivity course?
No. Most coaching and productivity content teaches tactics — you already know the concepts, you've read the books, you can explain leverage and habit formation to someone else. What hasn't happened is installation: the structure that turns knowledge into consistent execution. Freedom OS isn't information you consume once. It's a system installed into how you think, decide, and spend your time — across 16 weeks, not a weekend.
Do I need to be based in Dubai or the UAE to work with Met?
No. Met is Dubai-based, and mentorship works entirely remotely — current founders are across the UAE, US, UK, and Turkey, with applications open from anywhere in the world.
What's the difference between Builder, Executor, and Architect?
All three include full access to Freedom OS — the four frameworks, sixteen disciplines, slides, and podcasts — plus your Accountability Chart, Preloaded Year, Emotion Map, and Future Self Roadmap, with a 24-hour response guarantee. Executor adds monthly 1:1 deep-dive mentorship calls and direct priority messaging support for ongoing bottleneck diagnosis. Architect adds weekly 1:1 calls, emergency-call access, and a personal execution audit — for founders who want the highest level of direct accountability. Investment is discussed on your deep-dive call once we've confirmed the fit.
How long does the mentorship take?
The program runs across 16 weeks, moving through one framework at a time — Mental Resilience, Vision Clarity, Habit Consistency, then Time Mastery. And once you're inside any mentorship tier, access to the documents isn't limited to those 16 weeks — you keep lifetime access to every slide deck and framework, including future updates to the library, for as long as you're in the mentorship.
What happens after I apply?
You apply, your application is reviewed within 24 hours, and if it looks like a fit, you're booked for a deep-dive call — that's where the bottleneck gets diagnosed and the investment is discussed. There's no pressure before that call; it's where we find out together if the installation makes sense.

I built this because I needed it first.
Present Self reacts to circumstances. Future Self acts with intention. This is the system that took me from one to the other — and it's now yours.
Father, husband, entrepreneur. All at once.
No time. No clarity. More questions than answers.
Burned through books. Lived through breakdowns.
Turning every insight into a system.
Refining what held and removing what didn't, in real environments.
Vague dreams turned into clear roadmaps.
Dubai-based. Founders across the UAE, US, UK, and Turkey.
Who Am I
I'm obsessed with building frameworks that help entrepreneurs — including myself — not only survive, but design the life they were meant to live. Through Freedom OS, I take vague dreams and turn them into clear roadmaps, using structured systems distilled from hundreds of the world's best books, expert tools, cutting-edge research, and peak-performance psychology. This isn't just what I teach. It's how I think, and how I use these systems to solve real problems — turning possibility into tangible direction. I'm Dubai-based, and mentorship works entirely remotely — current founders are across the UAE, US, UK, and Turkey, with applications open from anywhere in the world.
Why I Built This
I didn't build this in a content bubble. I built it during the hardest chapters of my life. At 25, I became a father, a husband, and an entrepreneur — all at once. I had no time. No clarity. And more questions than answers. What did I have? A deep obsession to figure it out. I burned through books. I lived through breakdowns. I wasted time chasing tactics that didn't stick. Strategies failed. Pressure mounted. And I was still expected to lead. So I started turning every insight into a system. Not just for me — but for people like me: entrepreneurs who are ambitious but often overwhelmed, driven but stuck in chaos, hungry for progress but lacking tools they can rely on when motivation disappears. That's when I made a promise: to become the person I needed in my darkest times — and build the systems I wish I had. Now I help others skip the spiral and build from structure, not survival.
Why This Works
This wasn't built in theory. It was built under constraint — financial pressure, sleep deprivation, public responsibility, private doubt. It was tested in seasons where losing composure had real consequences: for my business, my marriage, my children. For eight years, I refined what held and removed what didn't, in real environments, not controlled ones.
Who This Is For
Not every founder. One founder.
Ambitious. Capable. Already building something real. But running a growing business on an operating system that was built for an earlier, simpler version of their life — and the gap between what you're capable of and what you're actually producing is costing you more than you know.
I'm working all day but I still feel behind.
This work exists because I once faced my hardest moments without a guide. The mission is simple: to become the mentor I needed in those moments — so no founder has to face it alone.
The Freedom OS™
Current State Assessment
This is your first honest look at how you actually operate.
Answer honestly, not how you wish you operated. There are no right answers here. Choose the statement that best matches how you currently operate, and the pattern will show your clearest bottlenecks. It takes about 5 minutes.
Vision Clarification
Create The Life You Were Meant To Live.
A GPS doesn't get thrown off by a wrong turn, because it always knows exactly where it's headed. That same clarity is what keeps you from losing years wandering without direction.
Why it exists
Vision Clarification exists because movement without direction can look like progress while taking you further from the life you actually want. Founders often inherit goals, expectations, and definitions of success that were never truly chosen.
How it works
Define establishes the reason behind your ambition, Align brings your values into the decisions you make, Become gives you a future identity to grow toward, and Design turns that direction into a life you can see and act on.
What it solves
This framework solves aimlessness, compromise, and the slow drift that comes from making disconnected decisions. It gives your work a direction strong enough to guide what you pursue, what you refuse, and who you become.
