Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Diagnostic assessment: your name, email address, optional Instagram handle, and your answers to the Freedom OS scoring questions.
- Mentorship applications: your name, email address, company role, what your company does, and a description of your current bottleneck.
- Book waitlist signups and slide requests: your name and email address.
- Results retrieval: your email address and a one-time verification code we send you, used only to confirm it's you before showing your saved results.
We also collect standard technical data automatically (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source) through the analytics tool described below.
How we use your information
- To calculate and deliver your diagnostic results
- To review and respond to mentorship applications and book/slide requests
- To send transactional email, such as verification codes and confirmations
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and share only what each needs to do its job:
- Resend — delivers transactional emails (verification codes, application confirmations) on our behalf.
- Google Forms — receives a copy of assessment submissions as a backup record for the founder.
- Google Analytics — processes site usage data (see Cookies & Analytics below).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LevelUp or others.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages visited, time on site, and approximate location. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep the information above for as long as needed to provide the related service or respond to your request, and after that only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Verification codes expire shortly after they're issued and are deleted automatically once expired.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
