Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the LevelUp website, member account, Freedom OS™ diagnostic, Library, and mentorship application process (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The service

LevelUp, operated by Met in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, provides educational content, a self-assessment diagnostic ("Freedom OS™ Score"), a Library of learning materials, and an application process for one-on-one mentorship. Some products or access plans may be unavailable at times. The diagnostic and related content are for informational and educational purposes only.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Diagnostic results

The diagnostic score is a self-reported reflection tool, not a professional, medical, psychological, or financial assessment. It does not guarantee any outcome, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.

Mentorship applications

Submitting a mentorship application is an inquiry, not an enrollment or a contract. We review applications individually and will contact you if there's a fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a specific response time, or any particular outcome.

Purchases and payments

Purchases are one-time payments; no Library purchase renews. A single-title purchase covers that title's podcasts and slide decks. The Full Library purchase covers all current and future titles for the lifetime of the service. Its price follows the catalog size for new buyers; a completed purchase does not expire or change price. Each verified account may choose one free title, which is locked to that account and cannot be changed. There is no credit for earlier single-title purchases. Stripe processes payments, and LevelUp does not store full payment-card numbers. Contact met@levelup-nly.com if you have a billing question or believe a charge is incorrect.

Paid Library access includes LevelUp podcasts and slide decks only; it never includes the full books. Materials are made available to the account or verified purchase email linked to the order.

Purchases are final. We do not offer a standard refund after a purchase, although we may choose to refund in individual cases at our discretion. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information through any form on this site
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share account access; bypass access controls; or share, redistribute, record, scrape, copy, or commercially exploit paid materials
• Use Service content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate an AI model without our written permission
• Copy, resell, or redistribute site content without permission

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Freedom OS™ framework, written material, diagnostic questions, and LevelUp-created book summaries or learning materials — belongs to LevelUp unless otherwise noted. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use purchased podcasts and slide decks for your own learning while access is active. You may not share, redistribute, record, scrape, reproduce, or sell them. Copyright and trademarks in original books, titles, authors’ names, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and privacy

Sign-in, hosting, payments, email, and optional analytics may rely on third-party providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranties

LevelUp content is educational only and is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that diagnostic, mentorship, or educational content will produce a particular result. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevelUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. LevelUp's total liability is limited to the amount you paid LevelUp in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, a security risk, or where required by law. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue. Termination does not remove obligations or rights that accrued earlier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Dubai courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when posted unless a later date is stated. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Changes do not alter rights or obligations that arose before the effective date.
